Starominskaya district of Krasnodar region presents a promising investment project in the consumer sector
The municipality offers the prospective investors a project on the construction of a shopping & entertainment mall.
It is planned to implement the project on the area of 7，000 sq.m. located within the boundaries of the Starominskaya Cossack village of Krasnodar region. Within a year, it is expected to set up an enterprise that is designed to lease out shopping premises and premises for entertainment services. According to the project, the first floor of the building will be rendered suitable for different shops. A fast-food café, children’s playground, internet-café, cinema, bowling center for 10 lines will be organized on the second floor.
The establishment of the mall will enable to improve leisure activities of the residents of the Starominskaya Cossack village, Starominskaya district as well as the neighboring districts of Krasnodar region, including the Leningradskaya one. According to the preliminary calculations, the estimated capacity of the enterprise is 6000 sq.m. of the area leased out.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 122.2 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.2 year. The construction of the facility will allow to create 26 new jobs.
A land plot of 7,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Starominskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Petrenko Street (1.2 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Starominskaya Cossack village – Leningradskaya Cossack village – Pavlovskaya Cossack village" is 0.1 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 180 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Starominskaya is 2.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 60 km.
