Starominskaya district presents a high-technology project in the agricultural sector
The municipality offers the entrepreneurs a project on the construction of a high-technology enterprise for processing fruit & vegetables.
The enterprise for the production of fruit & vegetables’ processed products will be built near the commodity sources. The district has its own raw materials in place for the production: 1,500 hectares of orchards. The enterprise will be built over a three-year’ time subject to successful investment-raising process – it is required to raise 1.521 million rubles.
According to the project design documents, the plant will produce 25.7 thousand of finished products annually – fruit & vegetable puree, jams, jelly, confiture, candied fruit, marinated vegetables and others. It will enable to supply the community and enterprises of Starominskaya district and neighboring districts as well as remote districts of Krasnodar region with high-quality fruit & vegetable products.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1,521 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 3 years, and the return on investment period is 1.17 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 291 new jobs.
A land plot of 24,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Starominskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Krasnoznamennaya Street (1.3 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Azov city – Aleksandrovka Cossack village – Starominskaya Cossack village" is 0.5 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 180 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Starominskaya is 13 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 60 km.
