Starominskaya district presents a high-technology project in the agricultural sphere

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs a project on the construction of a high-technology enterprise on processing fruit & vegetables.

The enterprise on the production of fruit & vegetables’ processed products will be built in the Cossack village of Starominskaya. Own raw materials are available in the district for the production: apples, pears, plums, cherries, tomatoes, carrot, melons and guards and other crops. According to the project documentation, the plant will annually produce 25.7 thousand tons of finished products – mashed fruit & vegetables, jams, marmalade, confiture, candied fruit, marinated vegetables and others. This will enable to supply high-quality fruit & vegetable products to the community and enterprises of Starominskaya district and neighboring districts as well as the remote districts of Krasnodar region throughout the year.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 961.2 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 3.5 years, and the return on investment period is 4 years and 2 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 291 new jobs.

A land plot of 50,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in industrial area of Starominskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Zheleznodorozhnaya Street (1km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Starominskaya Cossack village – Leningradskaya Cossack village – Pavlovskaya Cossack village" is 1.8 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 180 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Starominskaya is 2.4 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 70 km.
