Starominskaya district presents a project in the area of processing industry

The investors are offered to invest into the construction of a high-technology enterprise for manufacturing SIP-panels and erection of real estate facilities based upon them.

It is planned to build a high-technology enterprise on the area of 25,000 sq.m. It is expected that by reaching the estimated capacity the plant will manufacture up to 7,000 SIP-panels of different dimensions annually (SIP-panels of 2,800*1,250*124 mm – 7,000 pieces, SIP-panels of 2,800*1,250*174 mm – 3,000 pieces, SIP-panels of 2800*1250*220 mm – 2450 pieces). According to the project, the estimated capacity of the enterprise will enable to erect real estate facilities from SIP-panels in the area of 6,700 sq.m. on an annual basis. The main consumers of the manufactured products will be large and small enterprises, community of Starominskaya and neighboring districts and regions of RF.   

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 179 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.9 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 25 new jobs.

A land plot of 25,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Starominskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Zheleznodorozhnaya Street (1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city – Yeisk city" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 180 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Starominskaya is 2.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 60 km.
