The Starominskaya district of Krasnodar region to present a profitable project in the agricultural sector
The municipality offers the investors to invest into the construction ofan advanced cereal processing enterprise.
It is planned to construct a modern production enterprise, which will produce dry gluten, dry and wet end modified starch, glucose, fructose, dry distillery dregs and ñarbon dioxide on the territory of the Cossack village Starominskaya of Krasnodar region. The estimated capacity is 198,000 tons of wheat. The availability of own raw materials will ensure high performance efficiency of the complex – the facility is located near raw materials sources. By reaching the estimated capacities, the enterprise will be able to supply livestock-rearing farms, enterprises of food industry of Krasnodar region and Rostov region with quality agricultural products and products of its processing at acceptance prices.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 8,270.3 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 3 years, and the return on investment period is 4.3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 356 new jobs.
A land plot of 55,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Starominskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Zheleznodorozhnaya street (0.9km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Starominskaya village – Leningradskaya village – Pavlovskaya village" is 0.7 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 180 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Starominskaya is 2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 70 km.
