The Starominskaya district to present a project in the agricultural sector

The municipality draws the investor’s attention to the project on the construction of a greenhouse complex.

To supply the community of the Starominskaya district with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes during the whole year, it is planned to construct a greenhouse complex for growing agricultural products. Within two years, the facility will reach estimated capacities and will produce 675 tons of vegetables. The accept an caprice sand high quality of the products will ensure its relevance on the market of Krasnodar region, among the community and budgetary organizations of the Starominskaya district.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 34.3 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3.7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 25 new jobs.

A land plot of 20,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Starominskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Zheleznodorozhnaya Street (0.9km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Starominskaya village – Leningradskaya village – Pavlovskaya village" is 1.2 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 180 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Starominskaya is 1.9 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 70 km.
