The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to take on lease a land plot to accommodate a housing complex.

As planned, the investment land plot in the Cossack village Kanelovskaya of Krasnodar region will be used for implementation of a promising project on the construction of a housing complex.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 10,000 sq. m. The site is located in Kanelovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Chkalova Street(0.05 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Starominskaya – Kuschevskaya" is 5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Starominskaya Cossack village is 12 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 192 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Starominskaya is 24 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 192 km, and to the sea port of Yeysk is 72 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Kanelovskoye rural settlement of Starominskaya district as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is used for agriculture and free from buildings.
