The Starominskaya district to present an investment project in the agricultural sector

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs a profitable investment project on the construction of a pectin & bioethanol production plant.

The project provides for the erection of a pectin & bioethanol production plant in the Cossack village Starominskaya of Krasnodar region. Within 2 years, the facility will reach estimated capacities: output of nutritive pectin and pharmaceutical pectin in the volume of 600 t and 6,000 t respectively, bioethanol in the volume of 15,000 t, beet sugar – 100,800 t and pellet – 30,240 t.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 5,880 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 360 new jobs.

A land plot of 100,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Starominskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Zheleznodorozhnaya street (1km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city – Yeisk city" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 180 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station is 2.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 60 km.
