The area of investment-attractive plot is 10,000 sq. m. The site is located in Starominskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Kirova Street (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Azov city – Alexandrovka Cossack village – Starominskaya Cossack village" is 0.1 km.
